Code Review Check-in Policy Fails in VS 2008 Team Suite

See the attached screen shot for the error. Is there a plan for an update for 2008? If not I can probably hack in the fix myself.

Code review policy “closes” the code review work item in the evaluation phase

When evalutating check-in policies before the actual check-in the Code Review work item is automatically set to close. This should only happen after the check-in not during evaluation.
